Robert Lederhilger is a serial entrepreneur who at the age of 19 ventured into the world of e-commerce in 1999.

Robert Lederhilger has 23+ years of experience in various Dev/Ops roles at small/medium/large enterprises and is a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).  Rob's career began in e-commerce and quickly transitioned from development to IT Operations.

Following his e-commerce business, Robert joined Mars, Inc., where he refined his skills as a web hosting specialist. His career trajectory continued when he joined the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Over the course of seven years, Robert progressed from a web hosting engineer to the IT Operations Manager, demonstrating his capacity for leadership and strategic thinking.

In 2021, Rob launched SOLUENCY, a web hosting solution tailored specifically for digital agencies, marking another milestone in his entrepreneurial journey. His passion for technology and innovation has established him as a prominent tech entrepreneur and thought leader in the industry.

But Rob's contributions extend beyond the business realm. He is the founder of Kingdom Business Builders, a nonprofit organization dedicated to giving back to society. Through this initiative, Rob combines his professional expertise with his philanthropic aspirations, aiming to make a positive impact on the community.

Rob also serves as the Vice President of BNI Cutting Edge Professionals, where he collaborates with other business leaders to foster networking and growth opportunities. Additionally, he is an active member of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce serving on the Technology Committee, contributing his insights and expertise to advance technological initiatives within the community.

On a personal note, Rob is a devoted family man, happily married to his wife with two daughters, along with two Yorkies. He finds joy in spending time at the beach and indulging in motorsports, balancing his professional life with his personal passions.
