Alongside his technology career, Robert Lederhilger has invested in mentorship, business community leadership, faith-centered entrepreneurship, and pathways for justice-impacted people.
At Bayside Community Church, Rob founded and leads a Bible study and networking group for business owners and professionals. He provides spiritual and professional mentorship and facilitates bi-weekly sessions focused on stewardship, leadership, ethics, and building businesses that honor God and serve the community.
Kingdom Business Builders is a 501(c)(3) that empowers faith-driven entrepreneurs to integrate biblical principles into business, provides mentorship and employment pathways for justice-impacted individuals, and organizes programs connecting Christian business leaders for kingdom impact.
Rob served on the Membership Committee, then as Vice President, and ultimately as President from October 2024 through October 2025. His responsibilities included chapter leadership, mentoring, operations, leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and referral growth.
He identifies emerging technologies that may advance the Chamber’s mission and shares practical technology insights with members to support business growth and innovation in the Bradenton area.
