A career at the intersection of business and technology
Robert W. Lederhilger III has spent more than two decades combining entrepreneurial responsibility with deep technical experience. He began building and operating web infrastructure as co-owner of Parts Infinity, Inc., formerly Exotic Performance Powersports, where he assembled web development, quality assurance, and hosting teams; created a college internship program; and architected the technical systems supporting e-commerce operations.
He later served as a Senior Linux Administrator, Web Hosting Analyst, and Infrastructure Support Specialist for Mars, Inc. through Mastech. In that role, he supported hosting environments for more than 1,200 global websites, served as a LAMP Stack subject matter expert, administered multiple web platforms, and introduced virtualization, scaling, and high-availability practices.
As IT Operations Manager for the International Association of Better Business Bureaus, Rob supported web applications and hosting environments serving 113 Better Business Bureaus across the United States and Canada. He built a new IT Operations team, established service-level and change-management practices, created development and testing environments, automated build processes, modernized inherited infrastructure, and led major hosting migrations.
In 2022, Robert also served as Director of Web Hosting at 101domain, where he developed department strategy, collaborated with DevOps on scalable hosting services, led product improvements, coached staff, handled technical escalations, and maintained direct relationships with leadership-level clients.
Building SOLUENCY
Robert founded SOLUENCY in September 2021. The company delivers managed web hosting, application development, NFC Smart Business Cards, and AI-powered automation tools for digital marketing agencies and small to mid-sized businesses. He oversees strategy, product development, client acquisition, technical infrastructure, and partner relationships.
His work includes designing SOLUENCY’s Agency Managed Hosting platform and directing development of VITAL, the Virtual Intelligent Total Automation Layer. VITAL is designed to intelligently answer calls, emails, social media messages, and live website chats to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Leadership beyond technology
Rob’s leadership extends into business networking, mentorship, and faith-driven community building. He founded Bayside Business Builders at Bayside Community Church, served as President and Vice President of BNI Cutting Edge Professionals, contributes to the Manatee Chamber of Commerce Technology Committee, and founded Kingdom Business Builders, a 501(c)(3) focused on equipping faith-driven entrepreneurs and creating opportunities for justice-impacted individuals.
